Lifetime Warranty

Terms of Coverage:

Lifetime (20 years) parts and labor on product manufactured by Hart Fabrication, Inc. This warranty includes Aluminum Docks, Under-Dock Support Systems, Heavy Duty Trusses, Heavy Duty Beams, Posts, Crossarms, Bottom Plates, End Caps, T&L Adaptors, and Post Sockets. This warranty is not valid for products not listed in this warranty.

Warranty Claims:

Warranty claims may be granted to the original purchaser only when submitted with this original warranty; signed and dated at the time of purchase, along with a copy of the Invoice/Receipt provided by Hart Fabrication, Inc.

Statement of Warranty:

Should any defect covered by the terms of this Limited Liftetime Warranty be discovered, Hart Fabrication, Inc. will repair or replace defective product provided that it is returned by the original purchaser; as stated below.

The liability under this warranty is limited solely to the cost of repair or replacement of the product at the discretion of Hart Fabrication, Inc.

This warranty is void if the damage is caused by accident, misuse, improper adjustment, unauthorized modifications, or transport.

Shipping, handling, and delivery fees to and/or from our facility are not covered under this warranty and will be the responsibility of the customer.
